Passionate about the potential of Word of Mouth since 2002 as a result of studies into consumer-centric planning. Pioneer of innovative marketing techniques to enable brands to create, manage and measure word of mouth as a new marketing medium. Word of Mouth speaker at various trade body conferences and seminars including WOMMA and DMA.

Ben

Ben joined Wildfire following a 20 year career with Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Global, in international brand marketing. The majority of this time has been spent on Procter & Gamble, including the 8 years with Grey where he was leading key P&G brands, most recently as Global Communications Leader on Pringles.

Ben also spent 4 years in the mid 90’s as CEO Saatchi & Saatchi Czech & Slovak republics.

Ben joined Wildfire in July 2008 to head up its client relations and build the business.

Peter

Formerly Head of Digital at Joshua G2, Peter has an outstanding track record for developing and delivering highly sophisticated marketing and eCRM digital solutions both in the UK and Internationally.

Peter takes control of the agency’s Delivery function including overseeing supplier relationships, and adds new thinking and processes to our online planning and strategic offering.

Graeme Ford is an experienced and innovative researcher specialising in social knowledge. Always approachable, clear and concise, Graeme demystifies research and makes it applicable. His knowledge regarding research and insight techniques have been invaluable to brands in developing targeted communications that really speak to consumers at their level and in their language. With the consumer voice at the core, Graeme conducts research to ensure it has a practical purpose in driving businesses forward.
